The leather trousers. One of those pieces you’ll be looking for ages and consider to pay a bit more for it because you know you’re gonna love for years and years. I’ve been trying to find the perfect leather trousers for a long time but most of the time the fitting, the quality or the price tag weren’t my cup of tea. But now, the search is over and I finally found the perfect real leather trousers that have a loose fit and aren’t super fitted. I teamed up with Wehkamp and found at their own brand WHKMP’S OWN the perfect leather piece. 3 THING TO KEEP IN MIND WHEN SHOPPING FOR LEATHER TROUSERS
1. Quality is key! – Look at the seams, the state of the leather and how the trousers fit. Buying a leather trouser is an investment piece and doubt is no option. Walk, sit and jump around in your trousers and if it still feels good it’s a match.
2. Faux or real? – Nowadays they’re many options for faux an real leather trousers so it’s up to you where you’re going for. Faux leather is mostly cheaper, no animals were involved and lately the quality is getting better. Real leather is has a higher price tag, is most of the time a lifetime investment and will really forms around your body. Write down what you’re really looking for and the answers will come to you.
3. On a budget! – If you’re about to buy leather trousers keep a budget in mind which prevent you for ‘eyes closed & here’s my credit card‘ moments and you’re going to regret it a week later. I put a maximum in my mind I was willing to pay for real leather trousers and stuck to it. It helped me when I saw some amazing trousers coming by and almost went nuts. Oops!
