BREAKFAST TIME



Since I’m on my healthy food and workout regime I like to create little artworks of food. It goes in line of slow-food, taking care of your body and getting creative with food. We all know our breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It’s the fuel for your body and gives you the right energy to start your day at work or school. Start your day, week or month in the best way!

Turkish yoghurt with baked apple
– +/- 200 gr turkish yoghurt
– 1 apple
– handful of blueberries
– 1 strawberries
– cinnamon powder
– honey
– grated coconut

Slice the apple (without skin) in small pieces while you pour the youghurt into a bowl. Add some blueberries to yoghurt and put it aside. Grab a pan and pour some olive oil into it and put the apple in the pan. Add a bit of honey and cinnamon to it to give it more flavour. When the apples get a golden color they are ready to go on top of the yoghurt. Now you can can add a sliced strawberry, grated coconut and extra cinnamon powder for the finishing touch! Yum!

Summer smoothie
– +/- 200 ml soy milk
– 1 kiwi
– 6/7 strawberries
– handfull of blueberries

Put all the ingredient into a blender and that’s it! Breakfast is ready! Bon appetit!
